Holiday Policy
Our holiday policy is designed to balance our operational needs with cultural sensitivity. For that, we recognize two primary categories of holidays: civic observances and religious celebrations.
Civic observances represent mandatory campus-wide closures, ensuring all employees receive standard paid time off for significant national commemorations. These dates are predetermined and apply universally across the center's operations.
We also recognize that religious observances are deeply personal and meaningful. Our policy aims to respect diverse spiritual practices with compassion and flexibility. For holidays celebrated by a significant portion of our campus community i.e. more than half of our campus’ religious population, we may adjust operations. For individual religious practices, we may provide a flexible, personalised accommodation process that respects each employee's cultural and spiritual traditions.
